Senior Financial Analyst – Customer Success
Role Summary:

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our Customer Success leaders—partnering across Services, Support, and Success teams to shape strategy, optimize investments, and elevate business performance through financial excellence.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Customer Success executives to design and execute short- and long-term financial strategies that drive scalable growth and measurable impact.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Customer Success, ensuring alignment with company objectives and ROI targets.
Deliver actionable recommendations for investment allocation, resource optimization, and efficiency.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, including actuals vs. plan and key metric trends for executive visibility.
Collaborate with data and operations teams to develop frameworks for measuring performance and ROI across Customer Success.
Identify, recommend, and drive automation, AI, and best practice adoption to streamline financial processes across the Flywheel.
Translate complex financial insights into clear, concise narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting scalable systems and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a related analytical role—ideally in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
Proven expertise supporting Customer Success or Go-to-Market organizations with performance metrics and applied financial analysis.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills using Excel/Google Sheets, plus experience with tools such as Adaptive, OneStream, NetSuite, or Anaplan.
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with Allocadia preferred.
Strong business judgment and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills—able to simplify complex topics for non-financial audiences.
A self-starter mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience driving digital Customer Success performance frameworks or cost modeling.
Exposure to AI implementation or automation in financial systems.
Advanced qualifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA.
Experience in scaling FP&A functions within a global SaaS organization.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
