This global team works on all sorts of campaigns and engagement across the business globally, for eg: sales events, sponsorship events, webinars, breakfast events and driving strategic initiatives across the business.

- Activate and oversee all campaigns whilst closely collaborating with all other teams/suppliers for successful outcomes which will heavily focus on integrated multi-channel campaigns and regional events

- Plan, budget, manage and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs, incorporating events, organic and paid media, email marketing, and even direct mail.

- Work with wider team for messaging/communications around events, ensuring cohesion and consistency as needed - aligned to our goals and target audiences

- Work with suppliers, partners to coordinate and oversee end-to-end details of events including event communications, logistics such as venue selection and contracts, budgeting, booth design, and on-site execution.

- Create, justify, collect, and align to key metrics for the region to understand the impact being created,  with regular stakeholder reporting and optimization.

- Lead enablement with sales and ensure the team is enabled across all related marketing campaign outreach and qualified lead follow-ups.

- Regional QA lead for APAC’s content localisation initiatives.

Measurement and Outcomes Focus

- Measure and report on the impact of the marketing initiatives, recommending revised activities to improve ongoing results to continuously optimize marketing strategies

- Lead enablement of regional business development and sales development - to maximize the outcomes of campaigns and activities.

Team Contribution

- Influence and foster strong networks with your business partners by presenting your work in meetings across the business.

- Lead and contribute to improvement initiatives across the Group to support the wider development and growth of the Group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

- Extensive Marketing experience, preferably in the Professional Services or Tech Industry, across a broad range of multi-channel, integrated marketing activities with a particular focus on successful event ROI

- Exceptionally good at understanding the needs and expectations of a diverse set of customers and stakeholders

- Confident and self-assured communicator. Experience of managing agencies, suppliers, contractors and direct reports and also able to influence widely to build relationships

- Data-led, a strong handle of marketing metrics and a high level of understanding web analytics/tracking/reporting, ensuring all marketing is highly measurable and contributes towards our B2B KPIs

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - experience of leading and managing multiple complex projects with attention to detail but also an ability to think innovatively and creatively

- Proven track record of understanding how to build and deploy campaigns to achieve the desired outcomes; on time and on budget and with the right quality

- Strong knowledge of regional demand generation strategies and tactics, including account segmentation, content localization and content personalization

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Knowledge of the Atlassian partner ecosystem or similar technology partner ecosystems is a strong advantage

- Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth software/technology consulting  environment

- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, Hubspot and Monday.com desirable
