About the Team

You will lead distributed teams across Europe and Asia, with shared time for collaborative activities such as planning, retros, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions. Your teams will own the core handwriting & note-taking features of our Cross-platform application for Mobile and Web which serves millions of monthly active users. What you’ll do

• Impact & Delivery - Make sure the teams deliver well in great quality with impactful outcomes in the product.

• Technical leadership - contribute to roadmap & strategy, make technical decisions if needed.

• People management - mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members

• Building high-performing team - Scale and manage engineering teams which will likely extend to other mobile platforms.

Who you are

• Experience working on world-class B2C products that millions have used.

• In-depth mobile or web engineering knowledge with extensive hands-on development and management experiences. We use Swift with WASM and React, you can produce working code if needed.

• Have managed and led a sizable mobile engineering team with a strong delivery track record.

• Love to get involved in technical details, participate in architecture reviews, provide technical guidance or do PR reviews if needed.

• It is a plus if you have the following additional experiences

  • Experiences in real-time collaborative productivity product

  • Experiences in leading more than 1 team, or managing a manager.

• Passionate about productivity and the emerging technologies, architectures & products in the space.
