Scope includes:  Manager Development, Leadership Development, and Development for all. Report on learning outcomes, ROI, and overall employee development progress to senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusting relationships, work closely with HR Business Partners, People team COEs, and business leaders – tailoring learning programs from individual contributors through executives, and building or iterating on talent development processes.  Collaborate with external vendors to supplement in-house L&D initiatives and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge programs.
