Responsibilities:

• Lead Transformation: Drive innovation to reimagine Ads Manager as a seamless, modern, and intuitive full-funnel platform that blends automation with creativity and control.

• Inspire Excellence: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team. Empower them to deliver world-class solutions that set new standards in the advertising industry.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research and other key stakeholders to bring user-centered, data-driven designs to life.

• Collaborate Cross-Org: Bridge the Ads and Consumer organizations to ensure that high-performing ad formats not only drive business outcomes but also deliver a delightful end-user experience.

• Champion the User: Advocate for our customers, ensuring that Ads UX solutions prioritize ease of use, clarity and measurable value.

• Drive Impact: Translate business needs and technical capabilities into forward-thinking designs that enable businesses of all sizes to thrive.
