In R/GA’s 40-year history, we’ve changed a lot—from a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures and IP practices. We like change, and like to navigate our clients through it too.

Our approach to work is always human-first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur-the-line between the digital and real world. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in strategy, creative, technology, and culture.

R/GA is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join its Program Management team. If you’re into working closely in collaboration with smart, creative folks across all the talents it takes to make really interesting things, this is the place for you. .

Our Senior Digital Producers work with strategists, designers, and technologists to bring the best experience forward in a manner that is efficient, unique, and meets our partner’s goals and needs in an agile manner. They also know the risks, necessities, and general processes in bringing digital marketing products to life while also looking towards the future to identify ways to evolve our efforts to maximize efficiencies for the benefit of our partners and R/GA.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Senior Digital Producer at R/GA:

  • Provide a clear point-of-view to support your team’s decisions around product strategy, design, and development to both partners and internal teams.

  • Engage in daily or weekly status calls with clients to provide project updates and discuss future plans.

  • Build out scopes, budgets, casting plans as well as managing the project’s financial success.

  • Manage your team’s burn and investment into the product’s development to ensure financial success alongside delivery.

  • Collaborate with discipline leads across strategy, design, and technology, to manage their expectations and needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Manage tools to communicate your team’s decisions around product strategy, product requirements, deliverable assets, design, and development to both clients and internal teams.

  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative and technology work.

  • Call out risks against the product’s delivery and provide solutions.

The ideal person:

  • Has meticulous communication and listening skills and can proactively anticipate the client and project needs.

  • Is a problem solver with the ability to find solutions and ensure the product’s success.

  • Has the ability to make the product delivery process relatable to a client.

  • Demonstrates inclusive leadership skills, collaboration skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Has a curiosity for product work and a passion for creativity and emerging technologies.

  • Has inclusive leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire others.

  • Is able to manage and partner with their team giving clear direction and setting expectations.

You bring:

  • 4 - 6 years of production, project management, or product management experience working across different disciplines.

  • Project management experience in large digital projects (+500K) with multiple disciplines, with end to end digital projects working across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience collaborating with strategists, consultants, creatives, and technologists.

  • A history of leading delivery of web and mobile based products and programs for partners or agencies.

  • Change management skills.

  • Experience using various product delivery methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, Lean UX or others.

  • An understanding of project management tools like Asana, Smartsheets, Jira, Trello, Trailor, Confluence, etc.

  • An understanding of collaborative tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, MURAL, etc.

  • Experience owning the entire product process and making decisions as the product develops.

  • Experience of managing timelines and delivering within budgets.

  • Previous experience working with websites, analytics, HTML, CMS etc.

Bonus Points

  • Localization experience.

  • A PMI/Prince2 certification.

  • Experience with Google Products (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AI, Google Drive, etc.)
