Own marketing-sourced pipeline and meeting targets, and support overall GTM team goals
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (events, webinars, SEO, SEM, paid syndication, email, social, content, ABM) that drive qualified meetings
Forecast projected outcomes from marketing activities and report on actuals, with clear recommendations based on performance
Own funnel performance from lead to meeting to pipeline
Drive website traffic and conversion optimization through SEO, SEM, and SAIO to increase inbound demand
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars and field events
Manage vendor relationships across design, development, and SEO/SAIO/SEM
Translate core messaging into impactful content across channels and campaigns
Partner with the executive team to support data insights for internal and external communications
Work hand-in-hand with marketing and revenue operations to optimize lead flow, report attribution, and improve the customer buying journey
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience marketing to enterprise accounts and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
Strong experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, and campaign execution
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
Experience planning and executing webinars and events as demand drivers
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them in marketing workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
Working at TopQuadrant is best exemplified by our values:
Boldly Customer-Centric: Every decision traces back to what's best for the customer. Not what's easiest for us—what's best for them.
Substance Over Style: We have a flat hierarchy where the best ideas win. We're decisive, constantly improving, and hungry for feedback.
Connections Matter: A team that sticks together is unstoppable. We presume the best intent and inspire each other.
Trust & Flexibility: We're remote-first with competitive compensation (salary + bonus + extended benefits). We believe better work happens when people have great work-life balance and, frankly, are more fun to work with.
'Killer App' Mindset: We build technology to solve real problems. Pick a lane, work with your team, and run.
Why Join Us:
Salary – Our philosophy is to pay competitively, as we want our team focusing on ways to help TopQuadrant win, while feeling comfortable with their compensation.

value, but today.

We want to provide an opportunity for employees to share in the financial success of the organization. We’ve gathered market data to help us arrive at a generous equity plan.
