What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a challenger holding company built to transform marketing, a faster, cheaper, more accessible media mix modelling (MMM) and scenario planning solution.
Occupy a unique position in the market as a Senior Data Engineer. We are looking for more senior resources which can be self-driven and able to articulate well the work they are doing and meet with senior leaders and explain the work required to complete a project and provide estimates.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS, and BigQuery to support data integration needs across the organization.
Create and manage automated workflows for data processing, ensuring that data is ready for analysis and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize digital consumer identities, graphs, and audience insights, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency in data processing and storage.
Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and external vendors to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Maintain thorough documentation of data architecture, workflows, and best practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.
What will help you succeed
5+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering, focusing on building and maintaining data platforms and pipelines.
Deep understanding of data engineering principles and modern data platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
