What you'll do:

💡 Create, manage, and maintain reporting dashboards in a BI tool

💡 Extract data from structured data sources

💡 Investigate, gather knowledge, and prepare business analyses with only general direction

💡 Conduct Discovery with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data and metrics they need to solve their business problems

💡 Lead projects end-to-end from discovery to activation and post-launch in collaboration with a cross-functional team

💡 Propose your own analytical goals and observations that will drive the results of the company

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

• Strong experience with BI platforms (Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView)

• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

• Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Deep understanding of business metrics and performance drivers

• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams

• Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements

It will be awesome if you have:

• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Data Visualization Expertise - Advanced visualization techniques to create impactful, intuitive dashboards

• Excitement to dig into our business processes to understand how data is generated

• Business savviness to connect data insights with company goals

• Understanding of dashboard performance optimization

• Experience with data transformation tools (preferably dbt)
