Role Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping how HubSpot attracts and hires top talent by driving our analytics strategy and transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team Leadership to shape our TA Analytics strategy and own the analytics that fuel smarter, faster hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement to our TA Operations.
Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to evolve and sustain our TA Analytics strategy, inclusive of metrics, measurement strategy, and reporting/dashboarding approaches across both source systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and BI Tools (e.g., Looker).
Partner with TA leaders to design measurement strategies and execute analyses related to recruiting challenges, strategic opportunities, and/or support the evaluation of program/tool investments.
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics and help surface insights throughout the candidate journey (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversion, pipeline diversity, and recruiter productivity).
Translate complex data (structured and unstructured) into compelling insights, clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and consistency across systems in partnership with analytics engineering teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact and analytics SME for TA leaders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in people, recruiting, or business analytics within a fast-paced environment.
AI-first mindset with experience utilizing AI tools / LLMs to support analyses and contribute to insight generation.
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, DBT, etc.).
Comfort owning both the strategy and execution aspects of analytics work for recruiting.
Proficiency with SQL and building/maintaining dashboards within data visualization tools (Looker preferred).
Experience working with recruiting data and familiarity with recruiting processes is strongly preferred.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
Proven success influencing stakeholders and presenting findings to senior leadership.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
