  • Analyze datasets to identify relevant trends, patterns, and correlations.

  • Synthesize complex findings into structured reports and presentations, communicating technical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify core business questions and translate complex datasets into actionable analytical insights.

  • Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems.

  • Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.

  • Collaborating with client teams.

What we are looking for in this person

  • Significant experience delivering at a Senior level. Our Seniors typically have at least 5 years of commercial experience.

  • Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment.

  • Advanced SQL experience and ability to write complex queries.

  • Experience building and managing visual data representations.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve data discrepancies and logical errors in reporting.

  • Experience working with sensitive data within highly regulated industries, ideally Healthcare.

  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English.
