As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll join a fast-growing team of marketers passionate about building an iconic brand with data-driven, full-funnel strategies. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing full-funnel advertising creative, including direct response assets, that drive conversions for the HubSpot brand and its products. You will collaborate closely with our direct response paid media, revenue operations, and internal creative teams, and external agency partners to create and execute campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and regularly optimize creative and channel mix to reach company goals. You’ll be a brand steward and work with stakeholders across the organization to craft, preserve, and further develop the HubSpot brand.
In this role, you’ll:
Be responsible for increasing brand and product consideration and driving conversions through full-funnel advertising campaigns
Work with external partners, like agencies and creators, and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns
Develop positioning and copy aimed at driving conversions
Become a product expert, understanding our audience’s pain points and how HubSpot helps solve them
Work cross-functionally with global teams across the organization to transcreate work and hit demand goals
Familiarize yourself with upper funnel brand campaigns and work to create a consistent brand experience throughout the full funnel
Provide creative feedback to internal and external partners in a way that is clear, empowering, and empathetic
Work with the revenue operations and direct response paid teams to measure, report on, and optimize the success of the campaigns
Work with teams across the organization to create branded content and campaigns for new feature launches
May occasionally lead efforts to support brand campaigns like owned channel promotion strategy, landing page development, copywriting, etc.
Bring new ideas on how the HubSpot brand can reach our audience in new, breakthrough ways that turn heads and capture outsized attention
We are looking for people who:
Have 8+ years of experience as an individual contributor in a brand marketing role at an agency or in-house
Are passionate about full-funnel advertising and how to create a consistent brand from first touch to purchase
Are knowledgeable about social media, influencer marketing, and communications and their impact on brand
Have experience with quantitative and qualitative surveying to measure brand health
Consistently deliver results, exceeding/overperforming against key brand metrics
Have a deep understanding of performance marketing and how brand marketing can influence performance goals
Working with external vendors, like agency partners and creators, and have a proven track record of collaborating with them to build successful demand campaigns
Have experience creating strategic and tactical briefs for agency partners, creators, and internal teams
Are familiar with paid media channels, campaign managers, and developing paid media strategies along with internal teams and agency partners
Are able to set campaign goals, analyze campaign data to make optimizations, and report on campaign success and brand health metrics
Are naturally curious and have a drive to learn more
Are able to communicate ideas and decisions clearly across teams and to leadership
Cash compensation range: 88000-132000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
