Your position in our team

• Design our software solutions as part of a very experienced and motivated cross-functional team and spend your working hours programming instead of in conference rooms.

• Develop the product together with your teammates and in close cooperation with the product management using modern technologies and integrating LLMs and autonomous logic.

• Contribute your ideas thanks to flat hierarchies and be part of the implementation process.

• Use the freedom to think outside the box and help us transition our platform from static workflows to dynamic, agent-driven processes.

• Independently develop further fields of activity (DevOps, QA, build management) and work on our market-leading fitness platform (Kubernetes in AWS).

Your profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the development and conception of software in Java with Spring, Hibernate and other common open source frameworks.

• AI & Agentic Mindset: You have a strong interest in AI and have ideally already gained experience with AI-driven workflows or LLM integration.

• Ideally, you bring know-how in the development and operation of scalable, AI-enhanced applications.

• Experience in handling automated tests (unit tests, acceptance tests) and the conviction that clean code is even more critical when working with AI and autonomous agents.

• A high quality awareness and the willingness to improve yourself every day.

• Interest in new programming trends and good teamwork in an international and multicultural environment as well as confident communication in English.

Your salary

• PLN 130–160 net per hour + VAT (B2B)

• PLN 17,500–21,600 gross/month (UoP) You can choose between the different contract types. The final offer depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
