Occupy a unique position in the market, we are looking for a Sr Drupal Developer to work with our team to redesign and rebuild four existing (Drupal 7/9 and WordPress) sites into a new and consolidated set of Drupal 10 websites with a consistent design and component system.

• You will be responsible for the development of the new Drupal site system, hosted on Pantheon, and for communicating effectively with our Project Management, Strategy, Design, Development, and QA teams. A client-facing Project Manager and Technology Lead will assist with the liaison between the Development and client teams.

• Determine optimal development direction based on project requirements,

• Tackle development for the most challenging areas of a project.

• Advise on technical problem-solving and solutions during project status meetings.

• Work with team members to identify risks and recommend solutions to potential issues.

• Look for possible bottlenecks or problems in the progress of the scoped work and find solutions to alleviate the bottlenecks/problems.

• Escalate issues and recommendations when needed, and identify a path forward when a problem halts progress.

What will help you succeed

• 4+ years of experience managing, designing, and building large-scale custom Web applications, with awareness of project deliverables, budget, and client needs.

• Proven track record of building large-scale Drupal websites (Drupal 7–10).

• Deep understanding of how to integrate third-party systems with Drupal; possible integrations on this engagement include systems like SofTrek/ClearView, EveryAction, Google Maps, Acquia DAM
