At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

WWE Champions is our ultimate and unique RPG puzzle match game featuring WWE superstars and legends across mobile and PC platforms.  WWE Champions is the most downloaded WWE game to date, with a highly engaged and passionate community - who will remain undefeated?

What You Will Do

Senior level, hands-on Art Asset Manager to help scale and future-proof our Live Ops and Marketing art production pipelines. This is a force-multiplier individual contributor role, focused on building systems, pipelines, and standards that allow art production to operate efficiently.

As the Art Manager you’ll be in charge of defining production-ready art specs, managing asset integrity, aligning external partners, and evolving pipelines so they can scale.

You’ll work closely with Art Direction, Production, Live Ops, Marketing, and external partners to ensure art production is predictable, enforceable, and built for the future.

Manage the Live Ops Art Pipeline

  • Manage the end-to-end Live Ops art pipeline, including production workflows and best practices

  • Define and manage how art moves from request → production → delivery → reuse

  • Identify inefficiencies, ambiguity, and failure points and resolve them at a system level

  • Ensure pipelines are repeatable, scalable, and ready to support automation

Define & Enforce Art Production Standards

  • Help shape and enforce production-ready art specs in partnership with Art Direction and Marketing

  • Own asset correctness (formats, sizing, naming, technical requirements), intent, and usage context

  • Act as a source of truth for asset standards across Live Ops and Marketing

Align External Partners & Licensors

  • Work directly with outsource studios, vendors, and licensors

  • Ensure expectations, specs, and quality standards are clearly understood

  • Review work for spec compliance and production readiness

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner closely with Art, Production, Live Ops, and Marketing teams

  • Translate creative intent into clear production constraints and specs

  • Surface risks early and proactively propose solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience in art production, pipelines, or art operations

  • Strong understanding of asset management, art specs, and outsource workflows

  • Comfortable enforcing standards while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Proactive problem-solver who surfaces issues early with solutions

  • Excellent communicator across creative, technical, and operational teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of live games development experience with at least 2 years managing successful art production pipelines

  • Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbal and written with all levels of the business

  • Sr level technical understanding of game development and art pipelines

  • Industry standard tool experience: E.G. Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Animate, Maya, and Unity

  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting Live Ops or high-frequency content pipelines

  • Experience working with licensed IP

  • Background collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams
