Senior API Onboarding Manager
Location: Remote APAC
What You Bring to the Team:
Guide inbound API partners from initial contact through development, certification, and final go-live, collaborating closely with Partnerships and Product teams.Provide direct technical assistance to API users by troubleshooting, reproducing reported issues, and delivering solutions via Zendesk and Zoom calls.
Meet with partners to deeply understand their needs, capture technical requirements, and outline effective API integration solutions.
Create and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and the Partner Portal (including development guides and FAQs) for both internal teams and external partners.
Proactively provide valuable feedback to the Product and Development teams regarding potential API enhancements and necessary bug fixes.
Work with the Partnerships team to enforce qualification standards for new partners and maintain clear, accessible transparency in the partnership funnel.
Ensure all integrating partners adhere to a high standard of customer experience for Cloudbeds' end customers.
What Sets You Up for Success:
Experience with REST APIs and proficient in reading technical documentation, particularly XML and JSON formats.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues using analytical skills and investigative log tools.
Skills in meeting with customers/partners to gather and document technical requirements.
Familiarity with communicating effectively across support, product, and engineering departments.
Passionate about creating and documenting new processes to enhance team and system performance.
Experience with project management systems, specifically Jira and the Zendesk ticketing system.
Strong analytical and technical skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and spoken English communication.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Business fluency in other language(s) beyond English.
Experience with API Testing tools like Postman.
Experience with Backend Development and API bug fixes.
Development or support experience on systems built in PHP.
