About the job
As a Senior Analyst, Global Sales Strategy, you own the delivery of strategic programs for the global Self-Service / Digital Sales organization. You will be partnering with cross-functional leaders across the GTM organization and will be responsible for executing programs / strategic assignments that accelerate the team’s success. You will also own the execution of the team’s operating cadence along with sales leadership and help manage the annual planning process with the team.
This position requires exceptional communication skills and a high aptitude for managing through change. Organizational influence skills and the ability to think strategically and lead cross-disciplinary teams is a must. The right candidate will have a proven track record of driving execution among sales leaders.

You have a demonstrated track record of excellence in developing command of GTM business strategy, overseeing and conducting insightful analysis, influencing executive strategic thinking, designing new business processes, project management, forecasting, and teamwork across revenue operations, marketing, post-sales, product, and finance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Be a dedicated partner one of our global VPs of Sales
Lead the strategic and operational planning processes for your market segment. Direct the sales forecasting and pipeline council cadences
Act as a senior project manager leading transformational cross-functional initiatives (business process, systems, etc). You must get your hands dirty to drive real, sustainable impact
Craft and complete key workstreams in annual planning and in-year planning revisions
Mentor other team members. You may have direct reports within your first year
Collaborate closely with business owners across functions, fully immerse yourself in data, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations
Communicate recommendations to senior executives, roll up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and handle the ongoing impact of the recommendations put forth. Drive thorough quarterly business reviews
Help re-design certain business processes for automation, self-serve, and/or greater scalability. Analytical rigor and critical thinking are a must

Required:
3+ years proven experience in sales strategy business partner roles
Thrive at structured critical thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication
Ruthlessly prioritize fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges
Develop market or region specific strategies and execute on them successfully
Demonstrable skills in annual planning and execution of highly cross-functional, high-stakes programs & assignments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience with the ability to clearly define the problem
Resilient and adaptive with strong collaboration and partner management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams
Have experience (if not fluency) with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and manipulating large data sets
Experience working with self-service or new business sales teams a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience
Desired:
Strategy consulting experience and/or experience as a sales operations analyst in the CPaaS industry
Location
This role will be remote, and based in the USA.
Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $92,800.00 - $116,000.00
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320.00 - $122,900.00.
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200.00 - $136,500.00.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
