Workstream Project Managers will focus on one of the core pieces of our Product - Third Party Data, Telematics, Underwriting, Features & Experience, Core Pricing & RV. Synthesize research and analysis into actionable outcome statements that impact go-forward product design Collaborate with Delivery-led workstreams, IT, and Product partners to guide day-to-day activities through launch Contribute to project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies Own milestone project tracker to help identify dependencies, risks, and time‑sensitive items Facilitate cross‑functional decisions by synthesizing ambiguous inputs into clear options, recommended next steps, and produce concise status updates to enable timely decision‑making Contribute to project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies Ability to work through ambiguity and chart a course forward to optimize speed and building a go forward product foundation Drive consensus with business partners with differing points of view Ability to work through ambiguity and chart a course forward to optimize speed and building a go forward product foundation Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years. Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem). Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills. Experience managing projects preferred.
