What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for an Analyst to join its Treasury Fund Management team in Bermuda, supporting the daily management and continued growth of USYC, Circle’s tokenized money market fund. You’ll contribute to the accurate and timely execution of fund activities spanning liquidity and portfolio management, trade settlement, NAV and token-price validation, subscriptions and redemptions, on-chain transactions, service-provider coordination, risk monitoring, and operational controls. You’ll work closely with partners across Treasury, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk, as well as external fund administrators, custodians, investment managers, banking partners, and other service providers. As Circle’s fund platform evolves, you’ll also have opportunities to support new fund-related capabilities and selected Treasury initiatives.

What you’ll work on:

  • Execute and monitor daily fund operations, including NAV and token-price validation, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, trade settlement, subscriptions and redemptions, portfolio reconciliations, and exception resolution.

  • Support the deployment of fund assets in accordance with approved investment guidelines, liquidity requirements, risk limits, and governance processes.

  • Coordinate token minting, burning, transfers, and reconciliations while working with fund administrators, custodians, investment managers, banking partners, and other service providers to support accurate and timely execution.

  • Support USYC and new fund-related capabilities by contributing operational analysis, workflows, controls, reporting, documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory or compliance requests.

  • Identify recurring exceptions and opportunities to strengthen controls and scalability, contributing to automation, process improvements, business-continuity planning, and other Treasury initiatives.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, treasury, asset management, financial services, capital markets, or fintech.

  • Hands-on experience with fund operations such as cash management, trade settlement, NAV review, portfolio reconciliation, subscriptions and redemptions, or investment reporting.

  • Working knowledge of investment products and markets, with exposure to money market funds, fixed income, government securities, repurchase agreements, private funds, credit strategies, or similar products.

  • Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, banks, investment managers, or other financial-market service providers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with digital assets, tokenized financial instruments, blockchain networks, digital-asset custody, wallet operations, or token mint-and-burn processes.

  • Experience supporting new investment products or improving financial operations through data analysis, automation, scripting, or workflow tools.

  • Progress toward or completion of a relevant professional qualification, such as the CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CAIA.
