What You’ll Do
Lead optimization and growth initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Conduct audience and keyword research to identify SEM opportunities
Design and run ad experiments; monitor landing page and product test impact
Manage PPC budgets using smart bidding to achieve target ROAS
Analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor industry trends
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, YouTube, or Facebook Ads
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset (segmentation, 80/20 approach)
Working knowledge of SQL (preferred)
Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to automation is a plus
Familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., GPT) is an added advantage
Proactive and result-oriented attitude
