Senior Analyst, Accounting Data Management & Reporting

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Data Management & Reporting Analyst to join our growing team as we continue to improve our operations and expand. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience in a SaaS environment, and data management & analysis experience. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant. This role is for someone who is business savvy, process-driven, and has a strong operational foundation.

How you'll add value:

• Perform the month-end close process for all accounting functions, including revenue, expenses, and balance sheet.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and presentations including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and P&L Reporting

• Assist in the organization and delivery of data driven dashboards and reporting, working with the Enterprise Data and Technology team to:

• Organize and Build Out the Data Warehouse

• Develop and Maintain Dashboards and Reporting in Domo and similar tools.

• Assist in matters related to the annual financial statement audit by preparing roll-forward schedules that are supported by underlying data.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Public or recent IPO software company.

• Effectively collaborates and communicates with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to tell the story with Data using tools such as OTC, ERPs (Intacct experience preferred), Looker, Sisense, etc.

• Experience with SQL and VBA programming tools/languages.

• This position has a salary range of $80K-$120K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
