We are seeking a hands-on, strategic professional with a strong sales & partnerships-oriented mindset to join our team. Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the portfolio of Carrier partnerships connected to QRP from both a business and operational perspective
Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about new opportunities
Responsible for strategic initiatives to grow the Insurance category
Constantly work to identify unfulfilled client needs, and work with Carrier partners to ensure that client needs are met
Work closely with other internal teams to get tasks and projects completed
Be the point of contact for all new set-ups requested by the internal team or external parties and following through to completion.
Serve as a guide for QRP clients who are interested in connecting with new carriers, states and products
Evaluate current processes and continually looking for ways to improve them
Track best practices and document processes when required
Leverage internal technology and industry-standard tools to understand compliance requirements and recommend remediation solutions across various partner channels
Build and operate a cadence with all Carrier partners that is focused on optimizing success rate, reducing errors, and strengthening relationships
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Experience
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related
4+ years of experience in client management in financial services, or online marketing with Personal Lines Insurance highly preferred.
Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data
Prior experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking and can independently prioritize tasks given business drivers
Good grasp of best practices in online performance marketing
Ability to travel periodically for client visits and conferences
Solid project management and team leadership skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Outstanding analytical skills and rigor, excellent at complex problem-solving
The expected salary range for this position is $74,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually, plus Bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the number of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
