We are seeking a skilled PTP – Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale organizational separation project. The initiative involves dividing the company into two independent business divisions, requiring substantial adjustments to procurement processes and SAP PTP functionalities to ensure a smooth and compliant transition. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes aligned with the new organizational model. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-out.

  • Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions.

  • Support SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment.

  • Manage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materials.

  • Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risks.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projects.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP purchasing functions.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory.

  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, multinational environment.
