8.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage PLM SAP-PLM projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design and implement PLM solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to provide strategic recommendations for PLM enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on PLM best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately for all stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional client service managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM-related issues as they arise.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
-Qualifications
- Must have a solid understanding of PLM SAP-PLM with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Core ABAP SAP Enterprise Portal EHS ABAP and WebDynpro for ABAP is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in PLM technologies and methodologies.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required.

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $145,000 + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
