FICO (NYSE: FICO)is a leading global analytics software company, helping businesses in 100+ countries make better decisions. Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!

The Opportunity

The Salesforce Sr. Product Owner (AI, CX, & Revenue) is a process design and Salesforce expert who brings both the strategic mindset of a seasoned product owner and the technical depth of a hands-on administrator. This person has deep Salesforce platform experience, a strong grasp of end-to-end Sales and Customer Success processes, and hands-on expertise with AI-powered solutions. They can design, build, and deliver Salesforce-enabled solutions independently, or in close partnership with our Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects. This role owns high-impact Salesforce initiatives end to end: defining scope, leading stakeholder alignment, driving delivery, and championing adoption, while serving as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, including agentic and AI-assisted workflows.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Serve as Salesforce/Systems Product Owner for assigned business units, converting requirements conversations and meeting notes into well-crafted user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing notes in Jira, using tools like Claude and Rovo to accelerate discovery, summarization, and documentation.
  • Lead the Salesforce feature release lifecycle and guide project delivery against established roadmaps, intaking, triaging, and synthesizing requests to surface prioritization patterns and stakeholder conflicts, coordinating development, testing, and go-live, and driving issue resolution and change management at speed.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions built on the Salesforce platform and FICO’s technical landscape, drawing on hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Evaluate, design, and champion intelligent automation and agentic workflows, applying a framework that weighs data quality, complexity, and risk to determine where agent-led, agent-supported, or human-in-the-loop solutions best meet business needs.
  • Advise the business on a solution’s feasibility, user experience, and impact, including where agentic solutions deliver measurable value versus where human judgment remains essential, and translate that guidance into compelling executive narratives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on FICO’s Salesforce data and integrations, challenging data models, influencing integration design, and supporting data governance and reporting requirements that reliable automation depends on.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and design and execute testing approaches for potential solutions, including Agentforce agent configurations, prompt templates, AI-assisted user experiences, test scripts, and validation of AI agent behaviors.
  • Develop training materials and drive adoption of technology and process changes in partnership with global operations teams, including train-the-trainer programs and modeling best-in-class use of FICO’s AI tools (Claude, Rovo, Agentforce).

What We’re Seeking

  • Experience in business analysis, consulting, and/or administration on the Salesforce platform; experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning preferred.
  • Strong subject matter expertise across core Salesforce CRM sales and customer experience principles, including Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management, Lead Management, Quoting, Case Management, Entitlements, SLA Management, and Customer Onboarding.
  • End-to-end understanding of pre- and post-sale customer journeys, from demand generation and sales conversion through onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy, with working knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and support operations.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of daily work, identifying high-value use cases for business analysis, documentation, and solution design; hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or similar agentic AI platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, governance, internal controls, and permission security, including impacts on reports, integrations, AI feature reliability, and responsible AI use.
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments, with experience in agile methodologies (technology consulting or startup experience a plus) and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn evolving tools and AI capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to lead cross-functional meetings, engage both technical and business audiences, and convey complex solutions clearly to senior stakeholders; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Sales Consultant, Agentforce Service Consultant, Revenue Management Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or Data 360 Consultant.

Our Offer to You

  • An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
  • The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.
  • Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.
  • An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $96,600 to $151,800 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
