The Opportunity
The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst & Administrator pairs a strategic analyst's mindset with hands-on Salesforce expertise and curiosity about AI-powered solutions, serving as the connective tissue between business intent and technical delivery. This role supports FICO's growing B2B Scores business as it migrates from siloed tools onto our shared, enterprise Salesforce instance. You'll partner closely with the Scores Product Owner as their Salesforce subject-matter expert, sharpening requirements and shaping solutions that fit how the business runs, including its royalty-based revenue and bureau, reseller, distributor, and direct distribution channels. You'll translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce designs, incorporating AI-assisted workflows where valuable, lead testing, and provide ongoing support post-launch. Working alongside dedicated Administrators, Developers, and Architects, strong declarative fluency lets you design credible solutions and build directly when needed. Success requires initiative, accountability, and strong communication in a fast-paced, matrixed, agile environment, with genuine enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools.
What You’ll Contribute
- Serve as the Salesforce subject-matter partner to the Scores Product Owner and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, well-architected requirements and solution designs using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate discovery, documentation, and analysis.
- Review and refine user stories authored by the Scores Product Owner, validating and sharpening acceptance criteria and ensuring each story is build-ready before it reaches the development team.
- Lead the analysis and solution-shaping work to migrate the Scores go-to-market motion from siloed tools onto FICO’s shared, governed Salesforce instance.
- Own the target-state solution design, recommending the ideal Salesforce approach and partnering with Administrators and Developers who execute on the build.
- Identify, evaluate, and design AI-powered automation and agentic workflows within Salesforce, including tools like Agentforce, applying sound judgment on where AI adds value and where human oversight remains essential.
- Lead the testing strategy across releases, including test plans, system integration and regression testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing and sign-off.
- Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce system questions and issues affecting the Scores business post-go-live, and partner with the Product Owner to manage the enhancement and defect backlog.
- Partner with cross-department business stakeholders and IT counterparts on process and system improvements spanning enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Conga CLM, and OneStream.
- Contribute Salesforce expertise to training, enablement, and change management activities, and assist with data management, governance, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
What We’re Seeking
- Extensive experience in Salesforce business analysis, consulting, and/or administration, with proven expertise designing and administering enterprise solutions across core CRM capabilities (Account and Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Quoting, Reporting, and Dashboards), including knowing when custom objects and flows are needed.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solution designs, with excellent communication skills to drive and lead meetings and partner effectively with product owners and stakeholders across varying levels of technical familiarity.
- Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT in a professional context, with the ability to identify practical use cases for business analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, including authoring and/or reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing notes in a toolset such as Jira.
- Strong testing discipline, including writing test plans and scripts, coordinating system integration and user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing production support and backlog management for a live Salesforce org.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and their impact on UI, reporting, and integrations, along with knowledge of data governance, internal controls, process compliance, and permission security.
- Direct experience in the credit scoring or credit bureau industry (e.g., Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion), along with familiarity with royalty-based, multi-channel revenue models, is highly desirable.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Sales Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or Data 360 Consultant.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.
- An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
