Cognizant is looking for We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead hands with hands on experience and able to coordinate with Client and offshore team

Job Description:

• Candidate should have 6+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in writing OminiStudio, Apex programming, LWC, Lightning component, Apex, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs
• Good Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM

Minimum qualifications:

• OminiStudio Experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning component, Apex, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs
• Good Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge preferred

Preferred Certification: Salesforce PD1,PD2 App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant is added advantage.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
