Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Consultant/Architect) with deep expertise in Salesforce configurations, including Flows, integrations, and data analysis. Proficiency in key Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Advanced Administration, and Platform App Builder is a must. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fulfillment industries is valued, along with familiarity with ServiceMax integration. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, including Flows, sharing rules, and process builder, to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.
Build and maintain Salesforce apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience, leveraging Platform App Builder expertise.
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and offer suggestions for improvements or optimizations.
Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to innovation within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with a focus on declarative tools and processes.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Flows, integrations, and data analysis, with a track record of successful implementations in US companies.
Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or fulfillment industries is preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceMax integration is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to understand requirements, propose creative solutions, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Experience with US companies.
