We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Support Specialist (C1 English required) to join our team. If you're passionate about streamlining operations, improving sales processes, and making an impact behind the scenes, this opportunity is for you.
About The Job:
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. You will support the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating logistics, maintaining CRM accuracy, and collaborating with departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Your contributions will help drive efficiency, maintain organization, and enhance the overall experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsabilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Prepare internal and external sales materials for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate logistics for sales events like trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions and CRM records (HubSpot).
Collaborate with Finance on pricing, invoicing, whitespace reporting, and sales budgets.
Support Marketing with lead generation campaigns and brand-aligned sales assets.
Assist HR with onboarding and administrative support for new sales team members.
Liaise with Operations to prepare the sales team for new product and solution launches.
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to orders, invoicing, or customer accounts.
What We're Looking for:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze business data, interpret KPIs, and track sales performance
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to changes
