The Opportunity
We are expanding our outbound team and need two experienced cold callers who know how to engage U.S. business owners and book qualified intro calls. You will focus on generating interest, confirming fit, and scheduling appointments for our internal sales team. No closing is required.
Our service works for nearly any SMB in America. If you have experience calling into a specific niche or industry, you can focus your outreach there to boost your results.
You earn $150 – $250 for each qualified meeting, and successful setters can move into a salary structure within two or three months.
What You’ll Do

Identify U.S. business owners who could benefit from offshore hiring and remote team solutions

Make introductions or book short intro calls with our internal sales team (no closing required)

Use our scripts and materials to explain what we do and pre-qualify interest

Log activity in our CRM (optional – we provide access if you want to track your leads)

Collaborate with our founders and sales team for a smooth handoff once interest is confirmed
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Prior experience interacting with or selling to U.S. or Canadian clients
