We are seeking an ethical, dependable and diligent individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing company. Responsibilities
Administration of monthly, quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation plans
Ensuring that all commission compensation is processed in a timely manner
This includes partnering with various other departments to establish process, procedures and adequate controls around the collection of data and system feeds that occur in the sales incentive compensation system
The person in this position will also be responsible maintaining quota files for secondary participants, and for trouble shooting, providing compensation analysis and sales incentive reporting to finance management
Provide general support for the sales team
Additional responsibilities may include plan administration, commission accrual, and forecasting
Assist with the month end close process and preparation of the financial statements
Qualifications
B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related discipline
Must be proficient in Excel (lookups, using pivot tables, working with data tables, sumifs)
Must be self-motivated
Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy
Basic SQL skills (some experience with writing scripts)
Need to confident in reviewing, sorting and analyzing large data sets
Basic accounting knowledge a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, sales managers, and Engineering team
A background in Sales Operations, finance and/or Business Planning (Operations), plus
Positive attitude, team player, ability to communicate cross functionally
Effective presentation, organizational, planning skills, and interpersonal skills
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 USD to $70,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
