What’s the opportunity?

Qualio is seeking a Sales Manager  who will lead and coach a high performing team of Account Executives. This role is a frontline sales management position to enable and coach Account Executives.

What will I be doing?

  • Be a mentor, leader, and coach for your team – driving revenue results and helping them realize their full potential.

  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations. 

  • Coach your sales team by directly participating in client meetings, creating and executing account strategies to drive deals forward efficiently and reporting on pipeline.

  • Our customers are often quality managers and work in the life-sciences space. You must love taking a consultative sales approach with many different personas.

  • Influencing cross-functionally at the leadership level

  • Scaling your impact and influencing strategic decisions through cross-functional partnership. 

  • Influencing at the leadership level. 

  • Forecasting team pipeline and delivering on quarterly objectives.

What skills do I need?

  • 8+ years of total sales experience

  • 4+ years of SaaS selling experience as an individual contributor

  • 4+ years of people management experience

  • Fluency in various qualification frameworks and sales methodologies – ability to adapt to new methodologies as business needs dictate

  • Aptitude in managing sales cycles with regulation and compliance needs

  • Passion to build a customer first, high performing sales culture

  • Competency in navigating a complex decision team

  • Innate curiosity to fully understand customer needs & requirements
