We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Sales Inbox & Appointment Coordinator to manage inbound prospect communications and convert interest into booked sales appointments.
This role is mission-critical to our sales pipeline. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects replying to our outbound campaigns, ensuring timely, professional engagement and seamless scheduling with our sales team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, are exceptionally organized, and can monitor inboxes in real time, this role is for you.
Core responsibilities:
Monitor Instantly.ai inboxes in real time
Respond to inbound prospect replies promptly and professionally
Answer basic questions about our funding products
Qualify interest and book appointments directly onto our sales team’s Calendly links
Keep inboxes organized and ensure all appointments are properly logged
Ideal profile:
Excellent written English and communication skills
Highly responsive and organized (real-time monitoring required)
Experience in appointment setting, SDR, or sales support preferred
Familiar with tools like Gmail, Calendly, CRMs, and/or Instantly.ai
Ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to work full-time EST
