US Sales Manager – Digital Enablement & Laser Services - CAI

We are on the lookout for a versatile and dynamic sales professional who not only has specific experience in laser scanning and reality capture technology but is also adept at embracing a range of digital solutions, including digital validation, augmented reality, and AI applications. At CAI, we're driving forward with the conviction that digital twin technology and its related fields will revolutionize the life sciences and data center sectors, beginning with an accurate reality model. Your role will involve a dual focus: being the driving force behind our reality capture sales and playing a pivotal role in the sales cycle of other digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Spearhead sales initiatives across the US, with a primary focus on the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning sectors, and a significant involvement in digital validation, augmented reality, and AI applications.

-        Cultivate and broaden customer relationships at various levels, including C-level executives, positioning CAI as a leader in comprehensive digital solutions.

-        Work closely with Product and Field teams to refine our product offerings and market strategies, ensuring they align with evolving digital technologies.

-        Harness your passion for cutting-edge technology to educate and persuade clients about the multifaceted benefits of our services, from reality capture to AI-driven solutions.

Impactful Contributions:

-        Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, across both reality capture and other digital solutions.

-        Represent CAI at local and national trade shows, showcasing our broad spectrum of digital solutions.

-        Efficiently manage the sales pipeline across all service areas, ensuring accurate forecasting and a high conversion rate.

-        Meet and exceed sales targets in laser scanning, professional services, and emerging digital technologies.

What You Bring to the Role:

-        Proven B2B sales experience in AEC SaaS solutions, technical hardware (e.g., laser scanning, surveying), and familiarity with digital enablement technologies.

-        Strong understanding of point cloud technology, augmented reality, digital validation, and AI applications in 3D scanning and other fields.

-        Willingness to travel within the US for face-to-face client interactions and to stay abreast of evolving technology trends.

-        A naturally tech-savvy mindset, with an ability to grasp and convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
