The Role:

Yubico is looking for a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist to help organize, communicate, and streamline the enablement organization's operations to support our global sales and employee enablement efforts. This role will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the team by ensuring all of the various programs are aligned and communicated efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, communications and project or event management. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global enablement calendars and rhythm of business

  • Manage the global enablement teams internal and external communications.

  • Coordinate internal and external calls and events

  • As needed, facilitate internal cross functional calls and events

  • Serve as the POC to coordinate enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, and Product

  • Manage the distribution of materials and goods for digital and in person enablement programs

  • Align the enablement team efforts across onboarding, ever boarding, and new program creation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field

  • 5+ years of collective experience across business operations, business administration, event management and communications 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

  • Experience in technology or cybersecurity industries

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
