Sales Enablement Manager
As part of Figma’s Global Sales Enablement organization reporting into our CRO, the Product/Technical Enablement function plays a critical role in connecting our rapidly evolving product roadmap with our global go-to-market teams. This role will serve as the owner of building and programming our product and technical enablement approach - shaping how we educate AEs, ISRs, Sales Leaders, and Solutions Consultants on the products and capabilities that power Figma’s growth.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Sales, this person will build scalable, role-specific programs that help our customer-facing teams keep pace with Figma’s product velocity, and shape how we educate new hires on our products. This highly visible role is a unique opportunity to define a new function, partner with key Figma teams, and solve one of the most mission-critical challenges: ensuring our field teams are equipped with the right product knowledge, at the right time, to drive impact in a fast-moving, highly innovative environment.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build relationships with key stakeholders (especially sales & sales leadership, product marketing, product)
Analyze Figma’s current approach to product & technical enablement programs, and implement new programs/strategies to fill the gaps you uncover
Establish globally scalable approach/operating rhythm for our product enablement initiatives, with a focus on catering to different roles, geographies, segments, etc
Work with our segment specific Field Enablement team members to assess and influence how we are approach product Enablement during onboarding/ramp and propose adjustments as needed
Work with our PM and Product teams to build compelling product/technical content that resonates with sales audiences
Introduce new modalities of learning tailored to how modern Sales teams absorb information — leveraging interactive formats, microlearning, on-demand content, and spaced reinforcement
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding, or similar
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a history of driving processes. improvements and achieving operational excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs that cater to multiple roles, geographies and market segments
Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Customer facing experience is a plus (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
Practical experience with Figma products
Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message / MEDDPICC

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
