Job Description
Our clients hire us to create winning strategies and engaging customer experiences. But the single reason they choose us over big-brand mega agencies and consultants is our deep Work Tech expertise. We are looking for a high-performing sales director to assist our company in expanding our presence amongst these brands. Your responsibilities as a sales director will include identifying and engaging our buyer, managing the entire sales process, effectively negotiating contracts, and seamlessly transitioning new clients to a Customer Success Manager. We have an office in Fort Worth, but people can work wherever they want (on-site or remotely) forever. And all work happens in the cloud, so the remote experience is the same as the on-site experience.
Responsibilities
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, particularly within the Work Tech and HR Tech landscapes
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Maintain and proactively update pipeline and deal status within CRM (currently HubSpot Sales Hub)
Requirements and Skills
2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
