Workera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team. About your team
Join our SDR team, a dedicated and dynamic group that is essential to our go-to-market strategy. As part of this small yet powerful team, you'll collaborate closely with the broader go-to-market team, leveraging your skills to craft and refine outbound prospecting messages that resonate with our target audiences. What You’ll Do:
Within 3 months, you will:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
Learn and master Workera's product offerings, value proposition, and sales process
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand lead-generation strategies
Engage in comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Begin reaching out to leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling initial meetings for the sales team
Establish a collaborative partnership with the sales team, working together to understand and align on target account strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to prospect engagement and lead qualification.
Within 6 months, you will:
Take ownership of lead generation activities and develop strategies to improve outreach efficiency
Refine and optimize outreach messaging based on prospect feedback and market trends
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
Within 9 months, you will:
Take the lead on more complex and strategic accounts.
Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of outbound campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights for campaign optimization
Play a key role in the development and implementation of new sales strategies

What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated ability to identify and target potential leads through comprehensive market research, leveraging insights to craft personalized outreach strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
Adept at engaging prospects through compelling storytelling and persuasive messaging.
Ability to navigate challenges creatively, optimizing processes, strategies, and collaboration for better outcomes in lead generation and conversion
Ability to travel up to ~20%
Ambitious and eager to learn
Flexible and thinks with a dual-minded approach: you’re highly creative but are also process-driven, think at scale, and can use data to make strategic decisions
Digitally connected and curious
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong creative, strategic, and time management skills
1-2 years of direct experience in a sales-related role; ideally an SDR in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants, and applying them effectively within your work context
