Sales Development Representative - SaaS
Are you a hustle-driven sales pro who thrives on turning cold outreach into hot opportunities? We’re looking for a bilingual (English + Spanish) Appointment Setter/SDR to build strong pipelines, spark conversations, and book high-value calls with decision-makers. If you have 3+ years in phone outreach, love hitting quotas, and know your way around HubSpot and Excel, you’ll fit right in. Bonus points if you’ve worked with B2B SaaS or in the construction industry!
Core Tasks:
Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling, email outreach
Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using several tools
Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
Manage contacts and paperwork at final deal stages
Filter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversation
Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
Perform other tactical sales, finance, and sales-marketing related tasks as needed
Must-Haves:
3+ years experience in phone outreach, Appointment Setter or SDR/BDR outreach role
Hands on experience with a B2B saas product highly desirable
Experience working with contractors / construction highly desirable
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
Strong written and verbal Spanish communication skills (C-level or higher)
Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management
Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
Ability to work full time EST or PST
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the construction industry selling to General Contractors
Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
