Blackshark.ai, a pioneering deep tech A.I startup, is on a mission to revolutionize earth observation analytics and transform the field from a niche market to a mainstream enterprise solution.  

 

Our scalable AI quickly extracts global features, providing real-time, on-demand geospatial insights with impressive speed and accuracy. We are turning months of manual work into mere minutes, and with much better results. Our platform also powers our 3D synthetic solutions, which enable large scale simulations and visualizations. Our applications cover various domains, from intelligence and defense solutions for governments to disaster relief, flight simulation and training, insurances, smart cities, urban planning, and more. 

 

Launched in 2020, we are now a team of 70+ based in San Francisco, US, and Graz, Austria, Europe's computer vision hub. We have secured $35 million in series A funding from a lineup of top US and European investors, including Microsoft M12, Point72 Ventures, Maxar, In-Q-Tel, SAFRAN, and ISAI/Capgemini. 

As a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to drive growth and foster meaningful client relations by qualifying and nurturing leads who can benefit from our innovative geospatial intelligence technology. Through thorough assessment, insightful questioning, and personalized engagement, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing leads with genuine potential, ensuring they align with our solutions and are poised for further engagement with our sales team. Your Mission

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and cultivate a robust sales pipeline by proactively engaging with target organizations.

  • Develop the sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads generated from events, campaigns and trials.

  • Gather valuable insights into customers' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to tailor sales strategies effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data within the Microsoft Dynamics platform to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.

  • Immerse yourself in our solutions and unique selling proposition within target markets and competitor landscape.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead generation strategies and optimize results.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

  • Prior experience in selling commercial applications of geospatial intelligence technology.

  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Gritty and goal-oriented, with a desire to exceed targets and objectives.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
