Your Impact As an SDR, you are the engine of our pipeline and the first impression prospects have of ExtraHop. What You’ll Do
Own outbound prospecting across DACH and Central Europe using calls, email, video, social, and creative outreach.
Partner closely with Account Managers to build account plans, align on messaging, and target the right personas.
Deliver high-quality meetings and opportunities that directly fuel regional revenue growth.
Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively.
Document everything in Salesforce with discipline and precision.
Stay sharp on the cybersecurity landscape and use that knowledge to spark meaningful conversations.
Hit — and ideally exceed — activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs.
What You Bring
1–3+ years of SDR / BDR experience (preferably in SaaS, enterprise IT, or cybersecurity).
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills in German & English.
High outbound activity level and confidence to break into enterprise accounts.
Growth mindset: coachable, curious, proactive.
A team player who loves working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional partners.
A strong internal engine — you want to win, create value, and build a career in sales.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Understanding of cybersecurity or network visibility solutions.
Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Has predictable, reliable attendance.
