Purpose

The role of Sales Planning & Operations Analyst focused on Field Sales is responsible for collecting data on the execution of the KueskiPay Instore strategy at various points of sale within our affiliated merchants. This role aims to align, execute, and measure Kueski's strategic plan through a deep analysis of the Instore customer experience, as well as area outcomes. The goal is to ensure improved customer-facing outcomes and contribute to scalability and achievement of the company's OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the scalability of the Sales Planning & Operations team and utilize tools aligned with customer service strategies.

  • Actively participate in defining and implementing customer service actions.

  • Generate database-level aggregated information with straightforward readings of operational metrics.

  • Document and update changes to the customer service strategy.

  • Monitor the proper execution of the strategy.

  • Develop key reports to provide clear and timely information for decision-making.Implement and monitor KPIs.

  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor specific portfolios or segments for strategy development.

  • Create SQL, R, and/or Databricks queries to maximize the management, reporting, and campaign delivery processes.Support the achievement of company OKRs.

  • Propose and align the utilization of resources (financial, human, and technical).

  • Analyze various phenomena that may occur in operations.

  • Generate dashboards/reports (using Tableau).

  • Create and manage KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Data Analysis or a similar position with experience collecting information on sales floor issues. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Business Administration. 

  • Proficiency in Office suite and Google Suite. 

  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service, call center data, and contact strategy metrics. 

  • Intermediate to advanced English. 

  • Basic knowledge: SQL (Information extraction, queries, database merging). 

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization (using Excel and/or Tableau). 

  • Basic database management skills.
