The Regional Vice President – Enterprise East is focused on the development and execution of a Go To Market and Pipeline Development strategy primarily within Current Customer Accounts and within new logo accounts. Enterprise Sales organization is focused on three core areas of the sales process --prospecting, account management, and closing business. Day to day, the Regional Vice President – Enterprise East will develop and execute the Strategy, organize the structure, develop the processes, establish rewards and install hiring and enablement processes within the Enterprise Sales Organization. Within this role the Regional Vice President – Enterprise East will lead a number or Enterprise Sales teams at a Sr. Leadership level.
Why this role is a big deal…
This role is critical to the overall Conga Go To Market Strategy. This team is a core component of both pipeline creation and closing of high volume sales within our most strategic accounts. Enterprise Account Managers focus 60% of their time establishing and cultivating relationships with current Conga customers and creating relationships with new logo customers. The other 40% of the Enterprise Account Managers time is spent closing deals in these accounts.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Expertise in Direct Pipeline Development. The ideal candidate has an expert level understanding of Sales Development and Account Based Prospecting. Expertise in the strategic development and operational execution for these GTM strategies is a must. Experience leading successful prospecting initiatives and prospecting teams is core to this role.
Sales Leadership Expertise. Experience in leading business to business sales teams and complex sales processes, including Inside Sales, and Sales Development functions is required. Expertise in resource planning, multi-channel pipeline development, pipeline management, sales process, sales operations, forecasting, and closing are required.
Innovative and creative thinking. Differentiation is done at many levels in an organization. We need a leader that has the ability to truly innovate and devise cutting edge strategies and approaches that get noticed and differentiate Conga. In addition this leader must be able to communicate that vision and inspire others to engage in it.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. Collaboration and teamwork is core to the Conga Culture. This leader must be able to influence others, communicate vision, adapt vision to fit the needs of other teams and inspire people to engage in and execute change. Excellent presence and presentation skills will help to forward these initiatives and inspire others. Regular internal and external presentations are common.

Operational, Reporting, Data Analysis Expertise. Experience in the development of operational processes and reporting is core to this role. This background enables the ability for this leader to deploy new initiatives rapidly and assess the impact of change quickly. In addition, extensive reporting on progress and analysis of results for Sr.Leadership is common.
