We are looking for an RFP Writer who is skilled at crafting compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs and passionate about technical writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• RFP Analysis & Documentation: Review RFPs to identify requirements, create comprehensive submission lists, and gather input from relevant teams.

• Content Creation & Updates: Develop response templates aligned with our branding, product strategy, and technical updates.

• Response Verification: Ensure all submissions are precise, compliant, and reflect our corporate messaging as well as fully address customer requirements.

• Tender Documentation: Prepare functional, non-functional, technical, and security content using internal and independent resources.

• Team Coordination: Manage deadlines and quality control, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

• Library Management: Maintain and update a content library with best practices and the latest product information.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketplace, cloud, infosec, and R&D teams to align responses with our product capabilities and roadmap.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in technical writing or RFP responses. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Exceptional written communication and editing abilities. 

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines. 

• Familiarity with corporate branding and documentation standards. 

• Knowledge of tools for RFP management is a plus.
