About the Role

We are seeking a Rewards & People Operations Partner to lead the function at RootstockLabs. You will be dedicating your time as an rewards expert whilst coordinating the people operations administrative tasks, supporting the Head of Rewards & People Ops. Your remit is more than traditional Comp & Ben expert, you will be supporting the optimisation of the relationship between our people, administration, compensation, benefits and internal policies. 

This role will be reporting directly to the Reward & People Ops Head, and will play a key role to ensure that Rooties receive fair rewards,  and that the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Keeping the files and the HRMS update, with the personal, compensation, and performance information.

  • Provide advice and innovation and support regarding HR internal policies, processes and best practices.

  • Assists with the compensation process and tools

  • Support in RIF Token LTIP plan administration

  • Responsible for managing and launching employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions or concerns related to benefits.

  • Recommend benefits programs, salary structures, pay policies, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, and other unique payment plans cross all the company.

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on the salary offer processes, ensuring proper candidate offers within our salary bands.

  • Monitor the variable pay, including commissions and annual bonuses based on performance

  • Createrewards reports and presentations

  • Support all communications linked to Rewards and People operations

  • Support in offer letters, contracts and rewards updates

  • Support the People KPIs and dashboard

  • Support in legal affairs

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Substantial professional experience in an HR  focused role with expertise across Compensation & Rewards

  • Familiarity with best in class rewards frameworks (market data, positioning, benchmarks)

  • Experience in launching innovative benefits programs for employees

  • Experience in creating internal HR policies

  • Natural ability to make things happen with the support of your direct leader & the wider People team

  • Comfortable with project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies

  • Rounded interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to talk to internal and external stakeholders

  • Previous working experience within a startup environment & preferably within the Fintech or Blockchain space

  • Great to have: Experience in working in remote company & remote working best practices

  • Fluent level of English, extra points for Spanish

  • A structured mind and an organised approach to work

  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a global and diverse team

  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and creativity 100%
