About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Rev/Marketing Operations Manager owns HubSpot end to end — the instance, the data model, and the daily campaign build — and is the architect of how Agility measures marketing's impact on revenue.
Our attribution challenge is real and unsolved: our CRM lifecycle doesn't follow the textbook pattern, so conventional attribution models don't work here out of the box. You will establish HubSpot as the initial source of truth for marketing data, design a measurement approach that fits how our systems actually behave, evaluate first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution in HubSpot, and make a defensible recommendation. Just as important as building the model is explaining it: you will articulate the methodology — clearly and credibly — to the VP of Marketing, the broader organization, and our sales partners.

This is a builder's seat, not an administrator's. You will build and launch campaigns in HubSpot on a daily basis, executing on behalf of the Associate Director, Demand Generation, who sets campaign priorities and briefs; you own build quality, instance governance, and measurement truth. You will partner closely with our Salesforce Administrator on the CRM boundary.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing — deliberately outside the campaign organization — so that measurement remains independent and credible with every stakeholder it serves.

You will also instrument our conversational AI pilot, including capturing baseline website conversion rates before go-live, so that the pilot's impact is measured honestly from day one.

What Success Looks Like

  • A recommended attribution model (first-touch, last-touch, or multi-touch) is implemented in HubSpot, documented, and understood by marketing, sales, and leadership — with the methodology presented and defended in plain language.
  • HubSpot operates as the initial source of truth for marketing data, reconciled cleanly with the Salesforce contact structure.
  • Campaigns ship daily and weekly — on brief, on time, and to a quality standard — in support of demand generation priorities.
  • Email compliance runs clean across all regional lanes — CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR/PECR (UK-EU) — with zero compliance incidents.
  • The conversational AI pilot has a documented pre-launch conversion baseline and live measurement of its impact on conversion and meetings booked.
  • Lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows are rebuilt, documented, and trusted by sales.

What You'll Do

Attribution & Measurement

  • Design and implement Agility's marketing attribution model in HubSpot, working within the realities of our CRM lifecycle rather than the textbook version.
  • Evaluate first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch approaches; recommend one and defend the trade-offs.
  • Present the methodology and its reporting to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders, and iterate based on what the business needs to see.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards leadership uses to make budget decisions — and be able to dissect and rebuild any dashboard from the underlying data.

Campaign Build & Execution

  • Build, QA, launch, and monitor campaigns in HubSpot daily on behalf of the Associate Director, Demand Generation: emails, nurtures, workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and segmentation.
  • Operate the regional outbound email lanes and their differing consent regimes.
  • Own campaign build quality end to end: deliverability, rendering, tracking, and data hygiene.

Platform Governance & Compliance

  • Own the HubSpot instance: architecture, permissions, integrations, data model, naming conventions, and documentation.
  • Own compliance operations across CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/PECR, including consent management, suppression, and auditability.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Administrator on the HubSpot–Salesforce boundary: sync health, field mapping, and the lead lifecycle handoff.
  • Design and maintain routing and SLA flows for our no-SDR motion, including the chatbot-to-calendar handoff.
  • Operate the dedicated cold-outbound sending stack alongside HubSpot — domain and mailbox health, warmup, and bidirectional sync (suppression lists out, activity and replies in) — keeping true cold email off the marketing platform in line with its acceptable-use policy.
  • Maintain the data-rights workflow: a documented path to delete or suppress a contact across HubSpot, the outbound sequencer, and enrichment exports.

AI & Pilot Measurement

  • Instrument the conversational AI pilot: capture the pre-launch website conversion baseline, define success metrics, and report pilot performance.
  • Apply HubSpot's current AI capabilities — such as Breeze, AI-assisted workflows, and predictive scoring — where they demonstrably improve speed or quality.
  • Continuously evaluate new HubSpot releases and recommend adoption where warranted.

Why You'll Bring

  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — administration, campaign build, reporting, and data model — in a live production instance (Marketing Hub required; HubSpot certifications an asset).
  • Demonstrated fluency with HubSpot's current AI and agentic capabilities (for example Breeze, AI-assisted workflows, and predictive scoring), applied in production — this platform evolves monthly, and you keep pace.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing a HubSpot–Salesforce integration, with the comfort to design around non-standard CRM structures.
  • Proven attribution experience: you have built — not just read — attribution reporting, and you can explain the trade-offs of competing models to non-technical audiences.
  • Email compliance experience across at least two of CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
  • Experience operating or supporting a dedicated cold-email stack — sequencer, secondary sending domains, warmup, deliverability monitoring — and syncing it cleanly with a CRM.
  • An analyst's mindset: you dissect dashboards down to the underlying data, rebuild what's broken, and treat measurement accuracy as a matter of professional pride.
  • A sense of urgency and a test-and-learn habit: you review the numbers weekly, form hypotheses, and iterate.

Why You'll Love it Here

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Collaborative culture – and key tools enabling it
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Health, Dental & Vision benefits
  • RRSP matching
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Career Development & Progression opportunities
  • Paid Vacation, Personal Days and Sick days
  • Flex Fridays in Summer, Week off between Christmas and New Years'
  • No Internal Meetings Fridays
