Job Description
Our primary goal is to enable data-driven decision-making by connecting information from our data warehouse (DWH) to external CRM systems. The most important part of this position is comparing the existing data with the ones prepared and covering the aspect of metrics data quality, managing business stakeholders expectations and covering operational objectives from a Data Warehouse side. Other teams of experts (Business Intelligence, Product Analysts) provide support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, both business and technical, we strive to eliminate inconsistencies in our databases, resolve processes issues regarding data transferring and satisfy decisive people with data that help the operational excellence increase.

Constant contact with business and operational stakeholders: Frequent contact will allow you to deeply understand the business goal and implement technical solutions that will help achieve it. Ask questions and challenge them on an ongoing basis, rather than apologizing or creating duplicate work. Moreover, frequent contact with business helps you understand business, operational,product and CRM details. No need to worry, meeting is the last option ;)
Preparing the technical solution: The SQL queries and DBT models you create will allow you to calculate business metrics sent to CRM systems or create entire structures for transfer. This will provide the business with the data required for decision-making. Using additional tools like Airflow and Git/GItHub will additionally help you develop analytical hard-skills.
Keeping your repository clean: By monitoring metric calculation usage, duplicates, naming conventions, query and dependency optimization, and more, you contribute to maintaining a clean and correct structure of the entire Docplanner data repository.
Creating data infrastructure within CRM tools: By preparing technical solutions for business, together with teams of analysts and engineers, you contribute to a coherent architecture of data and objects in CRM, avoiding data duplication, simplifying their flow within platforms and data warehouses.
Support in the implementation and maintenance of GTM tools: Discussing, conducting research, and analyzing technical options for data flow between them. This helps simplify and optimize the work of client-faced and operational teams.
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have),
Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders,
Experience in leading and executing end to end projects,
Very good level of business English,
Basic level of Hubspot or Salesforce experience
Knowledge of version control and repository management basics
Which skills are ‘bonus points’?
Translates between business and technical teams while evaluating technical decisions from a strategic business perspective.
Knowledge of GTM Tools (Talkdesk, Demodesk, Outreach or similar)
Have a careful, diligent and detail-oriented approach.
