What you'll do:
As a RevOps Admin at Zowie, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing our revenue technology stack. This role emphasizes the technical side of revenue operations, focusing on the efficient use of various tools and platforms to enhance our go-to-market efforts. This role will be perfect for someone that would like to grow and develop technological excellence.
💡 Systems Management: Oversee and manage the technical aspects of the RevOps tech stack.
💡 Automation: Design and implement new workflows to automate processes.
💡 Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between our go-to-market systems.
💡 Implementation: Drive and execute new tools’ implementation projects.
💡 Innovation: Seek opportunities to improve our tech stack following technology trends.
💡 Support: Provide support and troubleshooting, ensuring all systems function optimally.
💡 Documentation: Help the RevOps team in the technical and end-user documentation development.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
+2 years experience in managing and optimizing a variety of RevTech tools
Specific experience with CRM systems and automation tools like, e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, and SimilarWeb
Strong understanding of native data integration, workflow automation, and system management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
It'll be awesome if you have:
Experience with BPMN or other process notations
Managed go-to-market tech stack in your previous role
