We work with leading brands and agencies including American Express, Citi, Dentsu, Mars, UM, and more helping them target ads against our publishers’ video content.
We power streaming for over 2,000 blue-chip media companies, including 80% of the top 25 Comscore US publishers. As the largest independent global video network across CTV and OLV, we reach over 1B unique users and deliver 30B+ combined video plays and ad impressions every month.
Position Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the global Revenue Operations function, responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power end-to-end revenue generation across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data, and plays a critical role in driving operational alignment, revenue visibility, and scalable growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in building RevOps infrastructure in fast-moving environments, including Salesforce ecosystems, BI platforms, and cross-functional GTM process design. In addition, this role is expected to actively drive AI-enabled transformation across GTM processes, including automation, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted revenue workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Operations Strategy, Systems & Leadership
Own and execute the global RevOps strategy aligned with company growth
Serve as strategic partner to CRO, COO, and GTM leadership
Lead GTM systems, including Salesforce, BI, and core revenue infrastructure
Define scalable operating model, KPIs, governance, and revenue processes
2. GTM Process, Data & Performance Infrastructure
Own end-to-end GTM process design from lead to cash and monitiziation
Drive revenue reporting, forecasting, and BI dashboards (Tableau)
Maintain single source of truth for revenue, pipeline, and performance data
Ensure alignment between operational and financial reporting models
3. Systems Transformation, Automation & AI Enablement
Lead Salesforce architecture, consolidation, and continuous optimization
Drive automation across GTM workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scale
Evaluate and optimize GTM tech stack for efficiency and consolidation
Lead AI initiatives across RevOps, including forecasting, insights generation, and workflow automation
4. Integration, Commissioning & Sales Operations
Lead RevOps integration across mergers and business units
Own commission and incentive infrastructure and reporting systems
Ensure alignment between compensation models, performance tracking, and revenue outcomes
5. Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team across systems, analytics, and operations
Drive execution discipline, ownership culture, and data-driven decision making
Partner with leadership on org design and capability development
Key Qualifications
8+ years in Revenue Operations leadership positions, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
Strong Salesforce and RevOps systems expertise
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
Proven experience in GTM transformation, system integration
Strong executive stakeholder management (CRO, COO, CFO)
Hands-on builder with strategic leadership capability
Experience in AdTech or SaaS environments preferred
Familiarity or experience with AI-driven GTM transformation is a strong advantage
