About the role

We are looking for an energetic, analytical and autonomous Associate for the Revenue team. You will be responsible for driving strategic projects that will shape the impact & performance of the Revenue organisation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic projects: lead strategic projects that shape the revenue team; from new market expansion to sales quotas or workflow improvements

  • Partnership: Drive key partnerships to expand ElevenLab’s awareness within the Enterprise landscape

  • Sales operations: Collaborate with the rest of the sales organisation to identify bottlenecks, optimisation opportunities and improvements in the pipeline. Develop and maintain sales enablement documentation

  • Events & webinars: Plan & organise events to expand ElevenLab’s footprint in collaboration with the Sales team

What you bring

  • 3-6 years experience in banking or at a high-growth technology company

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills. A master in Excel with a willingness to learn SQL and BI tools

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work

  • Autonomous and Execution-focused mindset

  • Keen to A/B test ideas and content to find the ground truth

  • Batchelor’s degree
